Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle, engage and retain donors through phone calls, emails and events.
  • Provide administrative support for donors including hotline enquiries and donation processing follow up.
  • Support mailing of donation and donor communication materials.
  • Arrange and support the logistic arrangement of donor activities.
  • Maintain the loyalty of donors, conduct welcome calls and reactive lapsed monthly donors .

Requirements:

  • DSE or above, with at least 2 years' working experience in customer service and hotline handling. 

  • Customer service oriented with good telephone manner and communications skills.

  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Good team player and passionate to work in NGO
