• Handle full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to on-boarding, movement and off-boarding;
• Handle the final payment calculation and relevant documents e.g. MPF and Tax Return;
• Ensure HR data are up-to-date and properly input in the HRIS;
• Maintenance of complete and accurate filing system;
• Prepare, generate HR reports for analysis and management review;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned from time to time.

• High diploma or above in Human Resources or other related discipline ;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferrable in Finance Industry ;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations ;
• Experience in Work Injury, Visa application and license administration are advantages ;
• Reliable, proactive, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility and time management ;
• Cheerful team player, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment ;
• Proficiency in MS windows applications i.e. MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
