Job Description
Job duties:
l Supporting to Procurement Dept in clerical works, Import / Export Declaration;
l Keep track of suppliers' production plan to arrange delivery of building material and site material on time;
l Collect material samples and prepare sample board, packing of material;
l Issue and follow up purchasing order, site order and sub-letting documents
l Responsible for filing system
l Liaise with suppliers on terms & condition, pricing, ordering and delivery;
l Shipment follow up
l Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by department Manager
Requirements
l Form 5 / HKDSE or above
l 1 year working experience
l hard-working, well organized and self-motivated
l strong team player & good communication
l proficiency in MS office application
l Fresh Graduate will be considered
Job Details:
Work location: Fortress Hill
5.5days work: Monday - Friday : 09:00 － 18:00
Saturday : 09:00 － 13:00
We offer:
