We are looking for a talent to:

• Prepare Offer to Rent, Renewal Confirmation Letter, Extension Agreement in draft mode for superior’s scrutinizing
• Prepare payment form for new leases
• Prepare related documents for agency fee payments
• Responsible for sending renewal tenancy agreement for tenant’s execution
• Prepare various reports to department head
• Any other clerical support and ad-hoc duties assigned

Basic requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably with basic legal and leasing administration background
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in property management company or property developer 
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese
• Ability to handle multi-task activities with tight deadlines
• Motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Administration Officer
