Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with hiring managers/interviewers & HR Business Partner to understand their opening requirement/resource plan and provide advice on talent acquisition strategies.
• Implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through on-site recruiting, traditional job advertising, and recommending other sourcing strategies as appropriate.
• Act as a bridge to manage both candidates & hiring managers to close the opening effectively.
• Prepare monthly talent sourcing-related reports.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects when assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years experience in talent search/acquisition (In-House/Agency)
• Exposure in the IT/Engineering industry will be a strong advantage
• Excellent Communications
• Able to work under demand situation
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
