Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of secretarial support and team administration to Project team
• To assist the team to prepare documents and report for submission
• Handle project administration and document coordination
• Follow up and deal with current projects
• Ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in  Business Administration or related discipline
• Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of English, Mandarin, Chinese
• Self-initiative, independent and responsible
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
