Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting HR and administration operations;
• Handle leave application, medical claims and related record management;
• Handle general office administration, maintenance of office equipment and supplies;
• Prepare various reports and analysis;
• Assists in organizing company's ad-hoc projects and staff function;
• To monitor, review and implementation HR policies and highly motivated workforce; 
• To be able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasking and to meet target on schedule 

 Job Requirement:

• 1-2 years experience in Human Resources / Administration Operations;
• Capable to handle multi-tasks projects, administration operations
• Excellence in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
