What You Will Do…

• You will assist with the drafting all required documents for tender submission including tender submission forms, fee proposal, company information and project references
• You will provide administrative support to project operation and office operation teams
• You will be expected to speak up, give the team your opinion and insights
• You will be mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success

 What You Will Need…

• At least 6 years’ experience in project administration
• Hands on experience in all aspects of the tender submission process
• A Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently under pressure, attention to detail and good time management
• Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
