The successful candidate will work with diverse stakeholders to support the daily operations of HR services across the entire employee lifecycle.

Your role

• Support the daily operations including but not limited to staff movement, contract renewal, leave management and work Injury handling etc.
• Handle the formalities of onboarding and offboarding process
• Compile HR reports and prepare analytical data
• Maintain and manage the HR database in SuccessFactors
• Perform job advertisement posting, CV screening and interview arrangement
• Support ad-hoc duties and HR projects as assigned 

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline  
• At least 1 year of working experience in human resources supporting function
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Solid experience in VLOOKUP or PIVOT TABLE is definitely an advantage
• A positive team player and able to achieve multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment  
• Self-motivated and with high commitment to the job
