Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily merchant operations of new application, profile setup and account maintenance, coordinate with Business Development Team and IT Team to fulfill merchant’s requirements
- Handle merchant requests and queries via call and email, and ensure quality and satisfaction
- Support regular operational procedures update and other ad-hoc related assignments
- High Diploma graduate or above with 0-3 years relevant experience in client onboarding, client operation or sales support
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Patient, well-organized and attentive to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoints
- Immediate available is preferred
