Our Hong Kong office is growing and expanding our IT Technology and Banking & Financial Services teams – calling aspiring Associate Recruitment Consultants to join us!

The Role

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job ad posting, CV screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation
• Expand your network with candidates via different online and offline channels
• Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with clients and candidates
• Deliver quality consulting services to candidates on market information, trends and insights
• Keep abreast with the latest trend and knowledge in IT/ banking industry
• Work as a part of team to achieve business goals
• Conduct talent mapping and market mapping in IT/ banking industry

We are looking for

• Bachelor degree holder or above, in Business or related subjects
• 1-2 year of work experience in people facing roles/ recruitment/ sales is an advantage
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, energetic
• Passionate about people and recruitment
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking and research skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Able to work both as an individual and in a team
• Fresh graduates welcome
