Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in healthcare industry, work closely with sales department to understand customer needs and wants
• Healthcare product research and analysis based on customer & market demands
• Responsible for project planning, healthcare product development, demand forecasts, concept brief development to suppliers, project execution and post-launch monitoring
• Source, plan, price negotiation, order confirmation and communicate with external vendors
• Liaise with factory for new healthcare product development, monitor/QC project production progress
• Prepare sales kit, client documentation design, process workflow setup, product requirement analysis, implementation and product training.
• Develop project requirements and ensure smooth implementation of project;
• Co-ordinate with Sales and Customer Service department to get sales order/ quotation, detail for funding application (mainly government projects) and ensure on-time delivery of projects
• Support the implementation of project governance and monitoring to ensure effective project execution
• Oversee and manage the entire product development cycle and product management life cycle
• Supporting CEO new elite projects

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Business Management, Healthcare Management is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years working experience in project coordination, product development or administrative work, preferably in Healthcare / Service / Retail industries
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and details oriented
• Ability to work in independently and able to multi-task and think creatively
• Proficient in MS office and good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
