Job Description:

• Assist Administrative Manager in operating the learning centre
• Liaise with teachers and arrange schedules for the teaching team
• Manage course application platform
• Communicate with parents through various channels mainly include but not limited to WhatsApp
• Explain basic course information to the parents
• Prepare official payment invoice and receipt (with template provided) 
• Any other tasks assigned by Administrative Manager
• Working hour is Monday to Friday 11:00-19:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:00

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English & Chinese fluently
• Able to work independently and multitasking
• Mature, friendly and responsible
• Familiar with MS Office software, including Word, Ppt, Excel
• At least 1 years experience is required, experience in education industry is an advantage
