Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handles casual labour registration process of MPF Industry Scheme to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Promotes good employee relations and communication in the Centre by enforcing employee locker room’s order, assisting in organizing employee recreational activities, interpreting company policies and procedures to employees, and advising employees on human resources issues such as policies and procedures and use of human resources related documents.
  • Carries out general Human Resources administrative duties such as allocation of employee lockers, control of special meal coupons, dispatch of monthly attendance report, maintaining employee leave records, handling of property loss cases, keeping records of human resources activities and programs, and preparation of regular and ad-hoc human resources reports.
  • Administers recruitment and selection process by scheduling interviews for concerned departments, verifying information provided by applicants, arranging tests and reference check if appropriate, maintaining an adequate filing system to retain information of potential applicants, and preparing for pre-employment formalities including medical check-up, uniform fitting, employee locker, employee identity card, employment agreement, etc.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or above.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in human resources management or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year related Human Resources experience, preferably in hotel / catering industry.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin would be advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work under pressure with a fast paced of environment.
