Responsibilities:

• Lead HR department to provide professional HR Services to frontline shops, ensure in compliance with labour law and internal procedures
• Provide solutions to top management on strategic staffing plans, recruitment, compensation, benefits, budget and labor relations, etc.
• Responsible for new HRIS development and migration project
• According to the company's development strategy, lead the human resources department to organize and formulate relevant plans to cooperate with the company's business development
• Formulate and implement HR policies, review the effectiveness in a timely manner and make adjustments whenever necessary
• Maintain good communication and coordination with various departments on HR issues
• Responsible for proposing, promoting and implementing measures to increase staff productivity and reduce human resources expenditure

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with 3 years experience in managerial role
• Relevant experience in F&B or FMCG industry will be a definite advantage
• Well versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislation
• Hands on experience in HRIS system transformation is preferred
• Proactive with strong business mindset, able to work in fast moving business
• Enjoy working in challenging environment, capable of handling multi-tasks
• Detail minded, self-initiative with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel) & Chinese word processing
