Benefits & Reward Management
▪ Review, develop and manage compensation & benefits programs and provide recommendations for program modifications and enhancement where appropriate to maintain & ensure market competitiveness
▪ Fully responsible for monthly payroll process & management, annual tax returns & IIT reporting
▪ Expats taxation, package management, and relocation e.g. visa, work permit applications, etc
▪ Annual salary review and performance management
▪ Perform salary survey and annual benchmarking / market data exercise consolidation
▪ Close monitoring and propose appropriate actions to ensure compliance with local labor laws & ordinances and to fulfill local statutory changes to minimize company risks

Employee Relations & Engagement
▪ Foster a conducive working environment and derive employee relations activities and communications to promote the desirable company culture
▪ Support management team by providing human resources advice and counseling
▪ Be an ambassador and communicator of company policies interpretation
▪ Fully responsible for the management of staff transaction processes, including but not limited to new hire paperwork process management, secondment or expatriate matters, promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, etc.

Talent Acquisition
▪ Partnering with line managers on job requisitions. Assist line managers in developing job descriptions.
▪ Source suitable candidates through networking, online resources, referrals, and headhunters
▪ Calibrate all interviewed candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection
▪ Ensure that all hirings are complying with the internal approval process and budget. Recommend offer terms to HRD for approval.
▪ Manage & follow through onboarding and integration programs
▪ Assist HRD on senior executive hires

HR Budget and Compliance Control
▪ Effectively prepare & manage HR Budget planning & forecast according to company guidelines and well control of headcounts & labor costs and HR related expenses in an accurate and timely manner
▪ Responsible for the audit preparation on agreed-to internal processes for control of decisions surrounding the hiring, retention, salary increase, engagement, organizational structure and termination of employees
▪ Preparation of HR budgeting reports and analysis

HR Projects / HR Development
▪ Assist in HR projects and new initiatives development, planning, regional-wide roll out and monitoring such as employer branding activities, campus campaign, internship program, HR conference, SOP enhancement, e-learning, ESG initiatives etc.
▪ Organize team building and engagement events and well-being initiatives

HR Reporting and Administration
▪ Responsible for preparing all monthly and annual HR reports, analysis and O-charts updates
▪ Record management not limited to HRIS, e-leave systems, P-files, training records, invoices etc
▪ Employee handbook and company policies maintenance and updates

Requirements:
Functional/Technical Skills
▪ Strong in business acumen and detail-minded
▪ Well versed employment laws in Hong Kong and China are a must; a plus in Korea
▪ Excellence analytical skills and numerical sense – strong in C&B and report preparation
▪ Can run daily operations with minimal supervision
▪ Fast pace and hands-on
▪ Team player with a can-do attitude, proactive
▪ Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
▪ High command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
▪ High proficiency in MS Office, VLookup and pivot table, with macro skills would be a definite advantage.

Education / Experience
▪ Degree holder in Human Resources Management
▪ At least 5 years solid experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner in MNC
▪ Experience in retail or real estate industries would be preferable
▪ At least 8 years’ experience as HR generalist
