Responsibilities:

• All customer services and administrative tasks such as inquiry handling, enrolling students, class scheduling and reporting etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to maintain good communication with parents, teachers and students
• Assist teachers in taking care of young children

Requirements:

• Ideally with an Associate or Bachelor Degree
• Warm personality, passionate about children education
• Strong language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Good computer skills.  Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel will be an advantage
• Customer service experience a plus
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Good team player and organised
