What you can expect

• Assist in all spectrums of supporting services for Risk Advisory team
• Take care of business operation of the team from billing to preparation of proposal, correspondence and filing
• Excellent skills in MS word formatting is a must
• Act as personal assistant to partner and secretarial support to team members
• Handle other ad hoc assignments from time to time
• Mature mindset

Who we are looking for

• Degree or above qualification in relevant disciplines
• At least 1 year experience in operation or Secretary role
• Proficient in PC operation including MS Office
• Good command of skills in spoken English and Cantonese
• Good command of skills in written English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and under pressure with a mature mindset
• Immediate available is preferred
