Core Business Services – Office Support Services - Administrative Officer/ Assistant Officer
Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality services to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
Join our Business Support Centre (BSC) team and you will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services for all of our EY member firms. Our BSC professionals span a wide range of vital roles, from administrative support to facilities management, creative design, tax return processing, file management and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, recreation spaces
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Provide general administrative support to all staff in our service lines
Qualifications, Education and Certification
To Qualify, candidates must have:
- Degree holder with understanding of administration duties
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience of facility management or administration field
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, usage of AutoCAD will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English and Mandarin
- Independent, detail-minded and well organized
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- On the job training will be provided
