• Engage in the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions to meet people capability needs
• Work closely with line managers to identify learning and development needs, propose the right solution in the right mode, and measure the learning effectiveness
• Work partnership with external vendors and institutes in offering quality programs
• Participate in organizing other human resources projects or programs when necessary

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Organization Psychology, Business Management or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in human resources functions, and 5 years of which must be in training design & delivery for staff in bank
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong self-motivation with a passion for developing a career in the field of learning and development
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
