Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will provide all-rounded HR support to all levels of staff in their Epic journey including talent acquisition, talent management and engagement, compensation & benefits, advisory on HR policy, data analytics, learning and development and performance management.

Role & Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to-

• Support in talent acquisition process
• Manage employee’s Epic journey from on-boarding to exit arrangement
• Support daily HR operations like employment records maintenance, benefit programs administration, payroll and MPF preparation, employee enquiry handling etc.
• Organize employee engagement activities
• Support corporate HR initiatives and projects.

• Communicates effectively across teams.
• Highly motivated and result-driven individual.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong commitment, able to work independently and perform under pressure
• Excellent ownership (responsibility & accountability) of work
• Keen and curious attitude with willingness to learn
• Extremely proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Qualifications the candidate must possess:

• Degree / Diploma in Humans Resources or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ all-rounded experience as HR Generalist
• Experience in Apparel Manufacturing / Trading / Apparel Retail will be an advantage
• Well-versed with HK labor law is a must
• Knowledge of SAP Success factor or any HR systems will be preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for HR Executive position.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
