Job Description

• Establishing and maintaining an effective liaison network in the community;
• Perform liaison duties during emergencies and adverse weather conditions; and
• Deal with enquiries / requests / complaints / from the public.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in communication, public relations or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years of heads-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management;
• Experience in community relations and dealing with District Councils;
• Well-versed in MS office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing;
• Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; 
• Good inter-personal skills.
