Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of human reworkingsources roles including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee’s relations and performance management;

• Formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures to cope with business needs;

• Responsible for the provision of effective and efficient office administration services including office renovation, maintenance of office equipment, office procurement & supplies;

• To administer staff attendance, leave records and training records;

• To assist in handling claims and enquirers in relation to staff insurance;

• To assist in handling work permit application, travel arrangement; and

• To perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

• High Diploma or above with 3 years relevant  experience;
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Independent, helpful and attentive to details
• Strong team spirit, flexible, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of writing and speaking English and Chinese;
• Candidates with strong knowledge of and being familiar with Singapore labour laws & policies  would be preferred;
• Immediately available
