Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as junior People Business Partner to support the full employee life cycle from hiring, on boarding, staff engagement, staff retention, disciplinary & performance management and off boarding
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, organizing job fair, posting job advertisement and screening candidates
- Prepare regular reports including staff turnover staff, headcount report, hiring activities updates for management review
- Handle staff enquiries and provide professional advice
- Coordinate CSR, employee relations and wellbeing activities
- Maintain staff data in HRIS
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2-4 years solid HR experience in sizable multi-national company
- Mass recruitment experience gained from Retail/F&B industry will be an advantage
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail-minded
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is an advantage
