Job Description

Position Summary

Purpose of the position

As the main responsible caretaker of HK office administrative tasks and the extension member of GC HR team, this role is designed to provide professional support and guidance in relevant areas for the business continuity and sustainability.

 Geographic Scope: STADA HK Office

 Working Hour: 09:00-13:00


Main responsibilities

Administration (60%)

Provide clerical  and administrative support such as travel arrangements, scheduling, filling, and organize regional meeting / workshop

Provide a full range of administrative support including license renewal; company insurance renewal; office cleaning; office renovation and repair work; fixed assets administration and equipment maintenance

Maintain stationery, water, and other office supplies

Communicate with Company Secretary to carry out Company license relative topics

 Human Resources (30%) (Low Frequency)

Hiring support: such as job posting; interview arrangement and on-site interview support

Employee onboarding and offboarding process; leave and attendance record etc

Support Internal & external audit support

Employee training administrative support such as invitation, onsite arrangement etc.

HR filing and archiving such as employee files, HR vendor contracts, and Annual Tax filing with the Inland Revenue Department etc.

Information Technology (10%)

Represent HK office in global for all IT related topics

Work with the 3rd party agency to carry out IT projects

Responsible for all IT properties and security fulfill global standard


Qualification

o   Diploma or above

o   2+ years working experience in HR function or Admin function

o   Good Written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

o   Good communication skills and a team player
