Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administration supports to Senior Management
- Assist in coordination and monitoring of various active projects
- Communicate with all levels of staff in project teams
- Handle sensitive and confidential data including tender information in a professional manner
- Participate in project management meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes taking
- Prepare & verify all documents reports for Senior Management review and approval
- Assist in ad hoc assignments by the Management
Requirements:
- Holder of University degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial or equivalent
- 3+ years relevant working experience
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, detailed-oriented, well-organized, highly supportive with positive work attitude and nice personality with good interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multi-tasks and priorities workload within specified timeline
- Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
