Job Description
Main duty
- Provide customer services over the phone (Outbound & Inbound call)
- Take care of customer's account and maintain a good relationship with customer
- Provide credit management and arrange duties for customer repayment
- Answer customer inquiries
- Other as hoc work
Requirements
Diploma or above
Good communication skills and fluent Cantonese
Monday to Friday: Minimum three days, 4 to 8 hours
Benefit:
$70/hour + transportation allowance
