An exciting opportunity to join a sizeable foreign bank as an Associate in the General Administration Team, responsible for office administration duties and facility management.

Our client, a sizeable foreign bank, is currently expanding and looking for an Associate in the General Office Administration

Exciting new role for you

  • Oversees general office administration, office security, record management, expatriate housing, corporate club memberships, project management and other required duties
  • Provide administration and logistical support to the company and sub-companies and the group
  • Conduct regular vendor review and evaluation while liaise with them
  • Responsible for document keeping and inventory recording and management
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned


  • At least 5 years’ experience in general office administration, preferably in Banking/Finance
  • Experience in office renovation is preferred
  • Diploma holder or above, degree holder would be a plus
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills while able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of both English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage
