- Responsible to all around of office administrative duties including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, HR & administrative policies & procedures implementation etc.;
- Support Human Resources functions including on/off-boarding arrangement, leave record management, employment contracts, group medical & insurance plans renewal, monthly payroll processing etc. ;
- Maintain and update standard documentation, including filing and database administration;
- Prepare regular administration reports to the management;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in law firms;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related regulations;
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Admin and HR Executive
