Responsibilities

• Handle calls received by the Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Reporting Centre and other duties as assigned;
• Ad hoc tasks assigned as request.

Requirements

• Possesses a Level 2 or equivalent or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language inthe Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or
  
• Possesses a Level 2 / Grade E or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent; 
• Minimum of 1 year of working experiences in customer services as approved by Maintenance Surveyor and 
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English; and;
• Conversant with the application of computer software Microsoft "Word" and "Excel" and capable of typing 30 English words per minute and 20 Chinese characters per minute;
• Immediate available is preferred.
