• Accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, incentive and budgeting proposals, employment formalities, HR projects, etc.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review and reward process
• Prepare data analysis and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements
• Provide advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications on all human resources-related issues
• Proper manpower planning, profiling, and acquisition in close coordination with Department Heads and according to business needs
• Prepare the monthly HR reporting
• Accept ownership and perform any other HR duties as assigned by the senior management

• University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 10+ years of HR operations, especially with a focus on business partnership and project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
• Strong knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations
• Knowledge in personnel development, organization, compensation and benefits, learning & development and BP
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with all type of people regardless of position and rank
• High level of integrity, ability to deal with confidential information
• Professional competence & confident negotiation skills
