Responsibilities:
- Work with teams to coordinate project progress;
- Assist Managers to follow up tasks with customers or partners meetings
- Prepare correspondence documents, reports, administrative support
- Assist in company meetings/ event organising
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines;
- At least 1 year relevant working experience; fresh graduates may be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high teamwork spirit;
- Good knowledge of MS Office
