Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to the office and warehouse
• Handle sales order and issue invoice, provide support to logistic team
• Maintain filing and account records for group
• Handle phone calls, greeting customers, and data input
• Assist company events and staff activities
• Other ad-hoc duties

 Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 1-year relevant working experience in Administration support
• Detail-minded, reliable, independence, well organized and able to work under pressure 
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Stable work record

Based in Hong Kong, TOYZEROPLUS is a toy brand that mainly produces high-quality collectible toys for designers and illustrators in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.
