Job Description
Lauris Walton is partnering up with a fast-growing medium-sized trading company specializing in travel retail in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Asia Pacific to seek an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team based in Hong Kong. You will play a key role in supporting the senior management by organizing and maintaining the company’s system and files, data entry, and ad-hoc handling assignments.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration support such as organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing scheduled reports, record keeping, and maintaining a filing system.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
- Perform general clerical work, data entry, and administration support
- Coordinate with business counterparts on inquiries and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in an administrative position, preferably gained from the trading industry
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Highly organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to handle multi-tasking
- Familiar with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
