Job Description

1.) Position : Assistant Customer Service Clerk // Location : Kwun Tong
     Salary  : 15K - 16K 

     Benefits : 5 Days work / 10 Days AL / Bank Holiday / Bonus / Medical
     PS: This Position NOT Sales & Cold Calls role 
     

Job Duties:

  • Provide service to commerce user of  "HR System";
  • Follow up inquiries through phone calls & E-mail; 
  • Assist to prepare weekly report & relevant documents;  
  • Assist the team for general administration support;

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years office clerk or CS experience (Stable background is an advantage) 
  • Good command of English (Spoken & Written ) , Cantonese (Mandarin);
  • Our client would like looking for Immediate availability candidates only ;
2.) Position : Junior Operation & CS Clerk 
     Location : 貨櫃碼頭寫字樓 ( 荔景站 5-7分鐘步程 )
     Salary : 14K  

     Benefits : 5 Days (Shift Request) / 12 Days AL / Bonus / Medical 
     PS: This Position NOT Sales & Cold Calls role 

Job Duties:

  • Work with internal operations team for daily activities; 
  • Provide system technical support to customers ; 
  • Handle data input & filing in system; 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / Certificate holder or above ; 
  • 0 - 2 year working experience (Full Time OR Part Time OR looking for office work experience candidates is also welcome)
  • Basic of English & Mandarin , Native in Cantonese; 
  • Shift request - include Sat & Sun (Total working hours equivalent to 5 Days work);
  • Immediate available or short notice preferred ;
