Job Description
Duties:
- Ensure daily transactions of subscription, redemption, transfer, are handled timely and accurately.
- Perform Checking function on daily transactions.
- Coordinate and supervise the support of clerical staff in delivering service to investors and clients
- Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Transfer Agency, fund services or related areas
- Knowledge in Automatic Word Distributor and any other Transfer Agency systems will be an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Energetic, results focused change agent, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong Team Player and have the ability to motivate others
