Job Description

HR & Admin Assistant
 
RESPONSIBILTIES:        

  • Assist in the recruitment process including placing advertisement, arranging interview, conducting employment test
  • Prepare onboarding packs including employment letters, terms & conditions and assist to conduct reference check
  • Input and update the employee information in HR system, and maintain accurate database
  • Collect & input OT data and support OT calculation on time
  • Assist in organizing annual dinner, company briefing, events and staff recreation activities
  • Distribute letters & faxes to various departments
  • Arrange courier services for overseas and local delivery
  • Responsible for reception duties and guest greetings in a professional manner
  • Provide daily administrative support, such as office supplies procurement, office and equipment maintenance
  • Responsible to maintain and update Access Card Security System
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments 

QUALIFICATION:

  • F.5 and above
  • 1 year working experience in HR field

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:    

  • Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese
  • Good computing skill (eg. Microsoft excel, Words, Powerpoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, able to communicate with different levels
  • Able to work under pressure

Temporary HR Officer 

 Key Responsibilities
  • Involve actively in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant   positions, selection & interview, and managing the employment process.
  • Support the development and implementation of HRIS and HR initiatives
  • Create and implement effective onboarding & offboarding plans
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR/Recruiter position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, HRIS etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese
  • Organized, attentive to details and multi-tasking
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma holder in HR Management or relevant disciplines
