Your new role

• Formulate, execute and refine current and long-term talent sourcing strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities that ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels in an efficient and cost-efficient way
• Manage TA P&L and introduce innovative hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates
• Design, implements and maintain the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the recruiting function
• Analyzes TA trends and metrics to understand business needs to align recruiting strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
• Act as Subject matter expert in full TA cycle and to upskill the TA community

To succeed this role

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management or in related disciplines
• 5 years+ talent acquisition experience with executive recruitment background is a plus
• Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Experience and knowledge in recruiting software or ATS like SuccessFactors with strong analytical skills
• Decent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations
• A great team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mardarin)
