Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team as a HRBP for the business expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Act as a Business Partner to provide full range Human Resources services. Support and manage key HR processes including but not limited to associate development, performance management, change management, succession planning, organizational design, salary planning, recruiting, strategic staffing, and any other HR management areas to achieve the organization's current and future business objectives
• Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including recruitment, sourcing, performance management and talent development, etc.
• Work closely with top management to identify opportunities for maximizing staffing and workforce planning to benefit on overall staff cost management
• Formulate HR strategies to align with business direction
• Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development
• Strengthening operational and management efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned

What you'll get in return

• University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years' human resources management experience and 2 years in a senior managerial capacity of core business;
• Visionary, strong leadership, influencing and management skills;
• MNC retail background is highly preferred
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
