Lauris Walton® is a global recruitment specialist in Human Resources & Administration. We're partnering with a medium-sized firm in Hong Kong to seek an HR & Admin Manager; this is an all-rounded position and a newly created role to support management and strengthen the operation of the business. 

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and oversee full employee life-cycle HR services delivery and any HR-related tasks. You will manage office administration and operation functions and manage a small team of admin and reception staff. You will liaise and monitor meeting room arrangements and arrange logistics for business meetings. You will perform ad-hoc tasks requested by management. 

Role requirements:

You will be a degree holder in HR or related disciplines, with a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience, preferably gained in SME. You will have an all-rounded skill set in administration and human resources and don't mind hands-on and tedious tasks. You will be stable, communicative and with strong interpersonal skills. You will be well-organised, detail-minded. You will be people-oriented and enjoy working in a small team environment.
