Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Food & Beverage Department;
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries, liaise and follow up with section heads and other departments on catering-related issues;
• Compile and prepare for reports / meetings / projects;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate holder in hospitality or business-related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administrative or secretarial role in hotels or clubs with good organizational skills;
• Competent knowledge in F&B stock management and hygiene management;
• Basic food hygiene concept is preferable;
• Relevant F&B background is an advantage;
• Well versed in using MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and English word-processing.
