• Be responsible for office supplies and assist in office maintenance if needed, including booking and setting up the equipment according to requirements.
• Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Assist the team to coordinate internal and external parties for business and project purposes.
• Assist in the completion of any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred.
• Relevant experience is highly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese. Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound PC knowledge with excellent MS Office skills.
• Mature and independent, detail-minded, with initiatives and a positive attitude.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
• More experience will be considered as Admin Officer
