Our client is a Leading APAC Fintech who are expanding their operations across APAC. They now seek a Human Resources / Operations Assistant to join their Operations team here in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be from a solid Human Resources background and have worked on Recruitment Activities, Business Operations, Interview Schedule and preferably Compensation & Benefits. In additional, strong English and Cantonese communication is important, along with a ‘Get It Done’ Attitude!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources / Operations Assistant experience.
• Assist in Recruitment Activities, Business Operations, Interview Scheduling
• Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus
• You possess a positive ‘Get It Done’ Attitude!
• Smart / Growth Driven / Adaptable / Self Research Mindset.
• No Financial Services experience is required, this is nice to have.
• Must be strong in English and Cantonese Speaking and Writing skills
• You are Organized, Attention To Detail, 'Think Outside The Box'.
• Immediately Available candidates will be highly preferred.
