Job Description
Our client is a Singaporean Based Bank, to cope with their business growth, they are seeking for an Administration Officer to support their team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver administrative support
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Handle the procurement of all office services, equipment and supplies including quotation, negotiation, evaluation, vendor management, etc.
- Responsible for end-to-end staff onboarding and exit procedures
- Manage access right applications according to relevant guidelines and the users' role and responsibility
- Plan and coordinate staff events and training sessions
- Track the regular CPT /OPT / mandatory training reports to ensure all staff fulfill the requirements
- Compile and maintain various administrative reports, and conduct sample check when necessary
- Develop and implement internal operational procedures to enhance administrative operations and comply with the bank’s policies and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 to 2-year administration experience in a banking or financial institution
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with office administration
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, deadline-oriented, solution-focus, detail-minded
