Administrative Assistant / Executive (Sales Support) - General Insurance - Brokers

Job Description: 

1.      Administrative Support in-house sales team, business partners and channels in related to business development
2.      Co-ordinate with different departments’ work flow e.g.: administrative department and finance department
3.      Work closely with insurer underwriters on policy quotations and daily operations 
4.      Assist to manage corporate portfolio and assist to corporate account handler
5.      Assist to align with Insurance Authority’s requirements in relate to the routine duties
6.      Unifying Quotations, Records and documentation job
7.      Assist to prepare product training to in-house sales team, business partner and channels
8.      Report to General Manager in day to day work flows
9.      Undertake other duties from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company

Requirements:

•         1 years or up experience in General Insurance industry, with experience in insurer/agents/brokers are more preferable, Fresh Graduate also welcome.
•         Knowledge for All class of general insurance is more preferable but not necessary
•         Brief understanding of policy conditions and term
•         IIQE Paper I & II are preferred
•         Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above; or ANZIIF or equivalent relevant qualification
•         Proficiency in PC Skills including MS-Word / Excel / PPT / Outlook and Chinese Word processing
•         Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
•         Good life attitude
•         Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to take up responsibility
•         Applicant with Good Hobbies / interests in Sports are more welcomed
•         It would be Great if you have your LinkedIn account available.
