Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily store operations
• Work closely with all internal and external parties (mainly Warehouse, Finance, Marketing & IT team) to ensure operational efficiency
• Handle for project-based administrative works (e.g. new-open / outlet / road-show / revamp / removal of store) 
• Prepare reports for management team to review
• Work on ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Office application including Word & Excel
• Hands-on experience in POS system is preferable
• Well organized, responsible and excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Good command of spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Support Officer
