Our client is a listed company specialized in Service Delivery is seeking for a high caliber to join their team as a Human Resources Officer (6 month contract).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, staff benefits administration, MPF & taxation management;
• Responsible for answering employee enquiries concerning with payroll matters
• Update and maintain HR system
• Prepare various analysis and payroll reports for management review
• Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline
• 2 years’ experience in compensation & benefits with payroll experience is preferred
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of Chinese and English
