What will you do?

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director in both business activities and personal matters.
• Assist to arrange and organize daily schedules, business appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, events coordination and household matters etc.
• Effective liaison with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations of the company.
• Handle business correspondence, reports, and confidential documents as required.
• Assist the director in any ad hoc projects and new initiatives as required.

What do you need to be?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with Business Management or legal background. Interested in digital/Tech related aspects.
• 3 years or above experience of providing support for upper-level management in a related organization.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written (English, traditional and simplified Chinese)
• Verbal: Fluent in English, good in Mandarin
• Excellent in creation of presentation, reporting writing skills. Good in excel.
• Enjoy to work with team of diversities. People oriented mindset.
• Work in fast pace environment and flexibility.
