Our client a leading consumer retail brand with wide range of portfolio. They have aggressive expansion plan across Hong Kong and China.  They are now looking for a Head of HR to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop business solutions, programs, and policies. Builds a dashboard with relevant KPIs to drive the HR agenda;
  • In partnership with the COE of Talent Acquisitions, responsible for ensuring the quality of hiring across all Office teams, with a focus on Managerial and Leadership roles;
  • In partnership with the COE of Talent Development, responsible for the career and development of Office associates. Validates training needs and participates in evaluation, monitoring and measuring of development programs to ensure success;
  • In partnership with the COE of Organization, work on organizational design, reorganizations, rightsizing, and manage the personnel cost;
  • In charge of engagement initiatives and employee experience for Office, driving the culture in line with company's values, and managing internal communication effectively and proactively;
  • Provides day-to-day HR guidance to line management (i.e., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.). Manages and resolves complex employee relations. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, as needed;
  • Provides guidance and inputs on performance management, promotions, succession planning;
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 10 years experience in Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Goods
  • Hands on experience in talent acquisition and development, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws;
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
