Responsibilities:-

• Perform reception duties including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls and providing customer service in a professional and courteous manner
• Register and maintain record of incoming correspondences and documents
• Order office supplies, manage office maintenance and meeting rooms booking
  
• Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Solid receptionist/ customer service /admin experience.  Experience in law firm or professional firm is an advantage but not a must (fresh graduate may also be considered)
• DSE/HKCEE or above
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and basic Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic Chi. word processing
• Pleasant personality, with good telephone manner and good communications skills
• Responsible, good initiative and a good team player
